Background Cycle connects to any FTMS-compatible smart trainer over Bluetooth and runs structured interval workouts at specified wattage — both as relative FTP targets and absolute watts. Power, cadence, and speed stream live; workouts sync to Apple Health; and the current interval lives in the Dynamic Island while you ride.
