This privacy policy applies to the Eventlet iOS app ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or personally identifiable information.
Eventlet:
Eventlet turns text into calendar events using Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework (Apple Intelligence) and, for photos, Apple's on-device Vision text recognition. All of this processing happens entirely on your device. The text you type, share, or photograph is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
Eventlet does not request or hold permission to read your calendar. Events you create are presented in the standard iOS event sheet, and are only added to your calendar when you review and confirm them there.
If you use the camera button to photograph an event poster, the photo is processed on-device to recognize its text and is not saved or transmitted anywhere. Camera access is requested only when you first use this feature.
Eventlet stores no data of its own. Text you enter exists only while the app is open, and events you confirm are stored in your iOS calendar, governed by Apple's own privacy practices.
Eventlet does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics.
Eventlet is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Eventlet after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
