Every Live Photo you take captures three seconds of motion — the laugh before the pose, the wave breaking, the candles going out. Thousands of tiny movies, filmed without thinking about it, and then never watched again.

Flashbacks stitches them back together. Pick a month, a trip, an album, or your favorites, and it pulls the motion out of every Live Photo in the set and cuts it into one continuous video — a flashback you can actually press play on, save, AirPlay to the TV, or share.

How it works

• Start fast — one tap builds a video from your last three months, your favorites, or any album; or split your whole library by month or year.
• Review and cull — swipe through the clips, play each one, and tap to keep or skip. Your photo library is never modified.
• Auto-Clean — on-device analysis flags screenshots, documents, and near-duplicates so they don't clutter the video. Everything it skips can be un-skipped.
• Render — clips are stitched in chronological order into a single 1080p video, portrait or landscape to match your footage.
• Relive it — the finished video plays immediately, and can be saved to Photos, shared anywhere, or streamed to the TV with AirPlay.
